writing on behalf of the Chinese American Cultural Association (C.A.C.A.) to
request your presence and sponsorship of our 30th Anniversary
Celebration and Cultural Feast on Sunday, May 7, 2006 at Churchill Junior High
School, 18 Norton Road, East Brunswick, NJ

C.A.C.A. has about 4,000 members in 1,000 families across New Jersey, mainly
in Middlesex and Somerset counties. The following organizations are

Through annual events like this, we create opportunities for members and
non-members to get together, build and renew friendship, and have some fun.
We expect the attendance to be over 500 people. We will also use these
events to reach out and establish mutual beneficial relationships with local
communities and associations by inviting VIPs and outside vendors.
Here is the tentative flow for that afternoon:

C.A.C.A. is a non-profit organization, we rely on sponsorships and
fundraising to cover the expenses of our activities, we would be honored to
have you and your representatives take part and support this special
celebration event. There are two ways you can participate in our effort:
1. Major

Be a major sponsor of the event. Have your
company name prominently displayed in our program and on our web site.
You will also be invited to present awards and act as referees in our
games.
2. Vendor

If
you are a representative of a local TV, newspaper, or radio organization or
an elected federal, state, or local official and want more information about
this event, please contact Jack Yang as well.
Attached is the contract for
applying vendor booths. Please respond before April 24, 2006. A receipt of
your application fee or generous donation will be mailed to you after we
